Beat of Perfection provides customized professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Language training and educational programs
  • Translation and proofreading services
  • Consultation and soft skills training
  • Professional development workshops and corporate training

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific terms of each engagement or project agreement.

  1. Digital and Online Services
  1. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all services delivered online, including live virtual training sessions, webinars, recorded lectures, digital courses, and any materials accessed through Beat of Perfection’s online platform or website.
  2. Access to digital content is granted for personal and educational use only. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, reproducing, recording, or reselling any part of the content without prior written authorization from the Company.
  3. Each account or course enrollment is non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties. Any violation may result in the suspension or termination of access without refund.
  4. Beat of Perfection is not responsible for technical issues arising from the user’s internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party software.
  5. The Company reserves the right to update, replace, or remove any digital content to maintain quality and relevance, without prior notice.
  6. Certificates of completion (if applicable) will be issued only upon full payment and successful completion of the course or training.
  1. Pricing and Offers
  1. Prices provided in quotations, proposals, or communications represent the current service rates at the time of issuance.
  2. Beat of Perfection reserves the right to adjust or modify prices, launch promotions, or issue special offers after an initial quotation has been sent. Any subsequent offer or discount shall apply at the Company’s discretion and does not entitle the client to retroactive refunds or price matching.
  3. All fees are quoted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  4. Final pricing will be confirmed before service delivery or project initiation.
  1. Payment Terms
  1. Payment terms will be specified in the issued invoice or agreement.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in advance or as per the agreed schedule.
  3. Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional administrative fees.
  4. For training programs or translation projects, partial or installment payments may be arranged in writing.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or training.
  2. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery:
    • Full refund if canceled within the allowed time frame and work has not begun.
    • Partial refund if work has already started.
    • No refund after completion or delivery of the service.
  3. Beat of Perfection reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or programs due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be notified promptly.
  1. Service Modification and Offers

We continuously strive to improve our services. Therefore, we reserve the right to:

  • Modify course content, training schedules, or translation delivery times for quality or operational reasons.
  • Introduce special offers, seasonal discounts, or promotional packages without prior notice.
  • Extend offers to selected clients, programs, or periods at our discretion.

Any modification will not affect services already confirmed under a prior written agreement unless mutually agreed.

  1. Confidentiality

Beat of Perfection maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client documents, communications, and information shared during training, translation, or consultation projects. No materials or data will be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

  1. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, logos, documents, and resources provided by Beat of Perfection are the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written authorization.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for excellence and precision, Beat of Perfection shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or delays.
  • Losses due to client-provided errors, incomplete information, or miscommunication.
  • The outcomes of training or translation use beyond the agreed scope.
  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, documents, and instructions.
  • Respect scheduled session times and deadlines.
  • Use the services ethically and in compliance with applicable laws.
  1. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration or communication will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which ensures secure and confidential data management.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.

  1. Amendments

Beat of Perfection reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
